Cherry Tree Cottage, Ibstone

Foundations were required for this new build which was to be constructed on the site of an existing building. It was to consist of traditional brick and flint construction topped off with clay roof tiles. Beam and block ground and first floors which allowed the insulation of underfloor heating to both areas.

All the flint was knapped on site and laid in conjunction with brick quoins to keep in touch with Ibstone's historical heritage with flint buildings and garden walls. Extensive landscaping to the garden areas including brick garden walls and reconstructed stone paving was required to finish off the property.
