In conjunction with the architect West Waddy a complete renovation of the existing house, loft conversion and twin extension on the ground floor at the rear of the building was required. Conversion of the existing loft space was needed to house two bedrooms, a shower room and study with the aim of leaving more bedrooms and living space throughout the property. A new heating system was installed along with a completely new electrical installation. A double garage was also built separate from the main house in the grounds at the front of the property. Garden walls and paving were landscaped into the garden space from the rear of the house.
