There were three key stages on this build:
- The construction of a four bedroom traditional styled house with the living accommodation on the first floor to take advantage of the views across the vale of the White Horse.
- Traditionally constructed double garage with two bedroom flat above in materials to match that of the house.
- Oak timber framed extension to the side of the property to provide office accommodation on the ground floor and glazed extension to the kitchen on the first floor.
