This is a grade 2 listed property, 5 storey town house requiring complete modernisation throughout, including new heating and electrical installation, basement extension and rear extension that was to cover 3 floors. Due to the sensitive nature of the grade 2 listing it was important the materials were approved by Oxfordshire City Council and kept subtle against the existing properties. The external garden walls and clay paving were built and laid leading to the rear garden space. A steel mesh decking area leading from the first floor to the garden finished off the rear extension with a touch of class. We worked closely with BHP Harwood to achieve the desired final result. Both client and we were extremely happy with the outcome.
